Recently, Charles Kelly and Loren Smith spoke at the Texas Chapter meeting held in Houston, Texas. Mr. Kelly spoke on fire investigation and Mr. Smith spoke on the recent changes under House Bill 4. Melissa Murrah spoke at the National NASP convention in Austin, Texas on November 13-16, 2005.
